Villa delle Acacie has very ancient origins, located in a beautiful and enchanting location in the heart of the Marche region, about 600 mt. above sea level, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. It has been recently renovated and served by a convenient way. Unfortunately, the images published on this website are not representative enough, as the position of the house makes it impossible to take pictures evocative and captivating that make the exact idea of the reality but I assure you, that you remain mesmerized by both the home and his position.

Equipped for six people it has also:
On the Ground floor is located a kitchen and a comfortable living room with fireplace, equipped with satellite TV, stereo CD / radio / VCR.
The first floor has three bedrooms two of which are equipped with double bed and one with two single beds. Each floor has a bathroom (with shower, one with Jacuzzi).
Externally at the same level of living, we plan a large pergola as well as a beautiful lawn equipped with oven, grill, tables, chairs, deck chairs and beds. From this position you can admire a unique panorama on the green hills of the Marche.
At a lower level and degrading is positioned a small, private swimming pool with ocean effect and solar shower, recovered from the ruins of an old farmhouse.
